#tide ocean material® is made from 100% ocean-bound plastic, developed in partnership with Swiss scientists. On five islands in the Andaman Sea off the coast of Thailand, local fishermen are being trained and paid to gather and sort plastic waste. This material is registered, washed, shredded and turned into a granular material that can be injected or spun into a yarn. #tide has just launched a third product: Filament that can be used for 3D-Printing. In the #tide Luminox timepiece, this 100% recycled material is used to make the case, bezel. The strap is also recycled sustainable materials made from recycled PET water bottles

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the undamaged merchandise. Please email us before returning the merchandise stating the reason for the return. You will be given a return authorization number. It must be sent back in its original package.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 days. If there are signs of wear, the jewelry will be inspected by one of our jewelers for damage including resizing or altering in which case it will not be accepted for return.

We typically use either FedEx or USPS to handle shipping, but other carriers can be arranged, per customer’s request.

We take great care in packaging items to ensure that the piece is not damaged during the process of being shipped and that your piece arrives safe and secure.

We can provide tracking information for all packages shipped out by our team. All packages are sent overnight, require a signature upon receipt, and are insured under our insurance until received. If you are unable to sign for your package, a note should be left at your door by the carrier, and your package can be picked up at a nearby post office or FedEx facility. We can also ship directly to a FedEx facility if you prefer to pick it up. Shipping is available to any home or office.
