Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the
undamaged merchandise. Please email us before returning the merchandise stating the reason
for the return. You will be given a return authorization number. It must be sent back in its
original package.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 days.
If there are signs of wear, the jewelry will be inspected by one of our jewelers for damage
including resizing or altering in which case it will not be accepted for return.

Shipping
We typically use either FedEx or USPS to handle shipping, but other carriers can be arranged, per
customer’s request.
We take great care in packaging items to ensure that the piece is not damaged during the process of
being shipped and that your piece arrives safe and secure.
We can provide tracking information for all packages shipped out by our team. All packages are sent
overnight, require a signature upon receipt, and are insured under our insurance until received. If you
are unable to sign for your package, a note should be left at your door by the carrier, and your package
can be picked up at a nearby post office or FedEx facility. We can also ship directly to a FedEx facility if
you prefer to pick it up. Shipping is available to any home or office.
