How We Ship Your Packages

We typically use either FedEx or UPS to handle shipping, but other carriers can be arranged, per customer’s request.

We take great care in packaging items to ensure that the piece is not damaged during the process of being shipped and that your piece arrives safe and secure.

We can provide tracking information for all packages shipped out by our team. All packages are sent overnight, require a signature upon receipt, and are insured under our insurance until received. If you are unable to sign for your package, a note should be left at your door by the carrier, and your package can be picked up at a nearby post office or FedEx facility. We can also ship directly to a FedEx facility if you prefer to pick it up. Shipping is available to any home or office.

All items purchased from the website will be shipped through FedEx or UPS with overnight delivery, requiring a signature upon arrival. Please allow a 24-48 hour handling time on orders, although many will be shipped the same day they are placed. We are unable to ship on Friday or Saturday (due to insurance coverage).

All pieces purchased and shipped within the US will have free shipping included. Overnight delivery may not be available for Hawaii, Alaska and other remote areas. International shipping charges will be determined on a per country basis.

Shipping to Us

If you are interested in sending us a piece of jewelry, we can provide you with a FedEx shipping label to make the process easier.

In order to provide insurance on your shipped pieces, we would need the following information:

  • Your name, address, email address and a contact phone number
  • The number of items to be sent and a brief description of those items
  • An estimated monetary value for insurance purposes

The shipping label will be addressed to us and the package will be covered under our insurance.

Once the package has arrived, we will contact you to notify you of it’s receipt. All items are logged and dated upon receipt and each piece is immediately photographed to document it’s condition.
